In simple terms, Flow Arts is a movement practice that combines elements of dance, yoga, and martial arts with the manipulation of props, such as poi, staff, or hoop. Fire Performance takes it to the next level by incorporating fire into these props, creating a mesmerizing display of movement, light, and heat.
